Admin Assistant

Up to £18,000 dependent on experience

Normal hours of work:
Part Time - Flexible within Business Hours - 8:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data entry
  2. Opening, sorting and scanning post
  3. Photocopying/scanning general correspondence
  4. Answering and directing calls


  1. Effective organisational skills
  2. Able to work to deadlines
  3. Strong IT skills
  4. Experienced using Microsoft Word
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Must have a keen eye for detail
  7. Willing to learn and develop
  8. Able to work as part of a team, or if required, under your own initiative
