HR Admin Assistant

Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 dependent on experience.
Benefits:
Benefits include 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, uniform, pension, Childcare Vouchers scheme and free parking.
Normal hours of work:
8:00–17:30 Monday to Friday.
Working environment:

The company is currently looking to recruit an HR Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive HR Administration and support to the Company across all aspects of HR. The successful candidate will operate within a framework of our core values of Passion, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence whilst working closely with the HR Manager to ensure a high quality of HR Service is delivered to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recording and producing absence data.
  2. Assisting with Bamboo queries.
  3. Produce monthly pension letters.
  4. Ordering corporate lunches.
  5. Support with hospitality; tea and coffee making, delivering lunch to guests.
  6. Assisting with corporate supplies
  7. Managing and issuing uniform.
  8. Liaising with recruitment agencies.
  9. Conducting and recording employment reference checks.
  10. Assist with New starter/Induction admin.
  11. Assist producing all confidential employee letters.
  12. Support recruitment activity.
  13. Processing MD expenses.
  14. Booking Director travel and accommodation.
  15. Support with recording investigation and disciplinary hearings.
  16. Assisting with payroll data.
  17. Assist with collation of HR Boardpack information.
  18. Assist with any adhoc MI

Experience/Qualifications/Skills

  1. CIPD HR Level 3 qualification would be desirable.
  2. Knowledge of hierarchy and escalation protocols
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable to communicate at all levels
  4. Must have a keen eye for detail.
  5. Willing to learn and develop.
  6. Able to work to deadlines.
  7. Strong IT skills
  8. Experienced in using all Microsoft programmes
  9. Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
