Finance Assistant role based in Egham, Surrey for a growing specialist motorcycle claims handling business. This role requires someone who has purchase ledger, accounts assistant, sales ledger, reconciliation and excel experience.

A position has arisen for an experienced Finance Assistant within the 4th Dimension Innovation group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Processing incoming post throughout the business.
  2. Coding and checking purchase invoices.
  3. Processing returns/credits/refunds.
  4. Reconciling supplier statements.
  5. Reconciling intercompany charges.
  6. Filing invoices and statements.
  7. Raising Remittances/Payments.
  8. Dealing with purchase enquiries.
  9. Processing staff expenses/petty cash.
  10. Processing Motorcycle purchase payments.
  11. Processing Finance settlements.


  1. 3 years previous experience in a Finance role
  2. Proficient at Microsoft Excel
  3. Educational attainment at degree level not essential but would be an advantage. Grade C+ for A-Level or equivalent qualification(s).
  4. A good understanding of both purchase and sales ledger cycle to include processing reconciliations at an intermediary level.
  5. Understanding of compliance processes within the financial services sector, ideally insurance/claims handling.
  6. Working experience of SAGE Line 50 Accounting.
