Customer Service Advisor

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

We are recruiting now for Repair Management Team Operative based in Egham, Surrey. Your job will be to be the intermediary between the customer and those repairing the motorbike. You will handle correspondence from external and internal customers, help to resolve general enquiries and process work requests. The role includes a wide variety of administration work, including maintaining data logs, compiling quotes, working on data bases, working to tight deadlines and project work. You will need to be confident at liaising with colleagues, Project Managers, Account Managers, and Team Leaders on the phone and via emails.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To help inform customers and clients on behalf of the motorcycle repair production operation.
  2. Lead in facilitating and communicating insurance claim, damage estimation and repair progress to customers by phone, text or email.
  3. Fielding customer, client, third party and engineer’s queries and seeking or asking for the appropriate information to progress insurance claims.
  4. To liaise with key internal stakeholders in the repair process


  1. Experience of using databases
  2. Keen eye for detail.
  3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  4. Confident telephone manner
  5. Previous experience in a customer service
